Rubber roller husker manufacturers

The husker roller is a rubber roller used on the husker to husk the rice. As an important accessory on the husking machine, the material of the husking rubber roller will directly affect its performance. Generally, the commonly used husking rubber roller includes five materials: butadiene-styrene rubber roller, polyurethane rubber roller, nitrile rubber roller, high wear-resistant rubber roller and strong wear-resistant rubber roller. Among them, the strong wear-resistant rubber roller has superior performance, but the cost performance is not necessarily high. It is still necessary to select the rubber roller of suitable material according to the production needs.

Characteristics of husking rubber roller

The husking rubber roller is the main accessory on the husker and the key equipment for rice husking. The working principle is that the two rubber rollers rotate at a reverse unequal speed to make the rice enter between the two rollers to play the role of squeezing, tearing, rubbing and peeling, so as to achieve the purpose of shelling into rice. The colors of the outer layer of the husk rubber roller are: brown, black, white, red, yellow, purple, gray, beige, blue, green, etc., the color can be determined according to the demand

Chapter IV Proper Use of Husking Cots

The process of grain shelling generally goes through three basic steps: squeezing, rubbing and tearing, and peeling. Among them, rubbing and tearing is the key to shelling. The size of rubbing and tearing depends on two important factors: one is the size of friction, and the size of friction depends on the size of the pressure between the two rollers; The second is the length of the relative action time of this reverse friction on the grain, the length of this action depends on the relative speed of the two rollers, that is, the line speed difference. It is not difficult to see: the pressure between the rollers and the line speed difference is an important process parameter of rice shelling, the choice of its correct or not not only directly affect the shelling rate, but also affect the consumption of rubber rollers.
