Fault analysis

1. Rice contains a lot of grains

(1) Cause analysis: The pressure in the grinding chamber is too small, the meter n is seriously worn, the feeding section of the machine cover is seriously worn, and the rubber roller is seriously worn.

(2) In addition to the method of month E, adjust the clearance of the millet knife, adjust the opening of the outlet gate, turn the rice knife to use or replace the rice knife, replace the machine cover, and repair or replace the rubber roller.

2. Bran or bran with grain

(1) Cause analysis: The rice sieve is damaged, the joint of the two rice sieves is not strict, and the seal between the machine cover and the machine body is not strict.

(2) Elimination method: repair or replace the rice sieve, reinstall the rice sieve, make its seams tight, remove the debris on the contact surface between the machine cover and the body, and lock the machine cover.

3. Too much broken rice

(1) Cause analysis: the gap between the rice force is too small, the opening of the outlet gate is too small, and the speed of the rubber roller is too high.

(2) Elimination method: properly adjust the rice knife gap, properly adjust the opening of the discharge gate, and properly reduce the speed of the rubber roller.

4. Ununiform grinding precision

(1) Reason analysis: rubber roller wear, rice knife wear, feed volume is too small, discharge is too fast.

(2) Elimination method: repair or replace the rubber roller, turn around the rice knife to use or replace the rice knife, appropriately adjust the opening of the inlet gate, and appropriately adjust the opening of the outlet gate.

5. The rice machine is blocked

(1) Cause analysis: the feeding amount is too large, the discharging speed is too slow, the transmission belt is too loose, the rubber roller speed is too slow, the table is too wet, the chaff is not smooth, and there are too many sundries in the millet.

(2) The elimination method is to appropriately adjust the opening of the inlet gate J to appropriately adjust the opening of the outlet gate and tighten the belt. After drying the millet in the sun, process it, remove the sundries in the millet and process it again.

6. No rice or less rice

(1) cause analysis: reverse rotation of the spindle.

(2) Elimination method: Replace the two terminals of the motor incoming line to make the rotation direction correct.

7. There is abnormal metal impact sound in the machine

(1) Cause analysis: the rice knife collides with the rubber roller, and the rubber roller is loose.

(2) Methods of exclusion. Adjust the gap between the rice knife and the rubber roller, and tighten the rubber roller.
