Solid silica gel and foam silica gel contrast

Compared with solid silica gel, foamed silica gel has many special and valuable properties due to its special structure, that is, porosity, such as: (1) low apparent density, light weight and material saving; (2), Rich in elasticity and flexibility, with excellent dust, water and gas sealing effect; (3), improved heat insulation performance, with low thermal conductivity; (4), improve the ability to absorb impact load, with excellent cushioning and shock absorption performance; (5), improve sound insulation, sound absorption effect; (6), improve the touch, improve comfort; (7), physical properties change range Large, change the apparent density

The role and dosage of fillers in rubber products

The rubber industry uses a large number of fillers as compounding agents, and its dosage is second only to rubber consumption. Reinforced filler used in rubber, not only can improve the strength of rubber products, but also can improve the processing performance of rubber, and give products good wear resistance, tear resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance and other properties, can extend the service life of products. Non-reinforcing filler for rubber, mainly from the role of filling capacity, some varieties also have the role of isolation, demoulding or coloring. Rubber products on the filler requirements 1 general requirements (1) reinforcing filler particle surface to have strong chemical activity, can produce a good combination with rubber, can improve the vulcanization

Key points of silicone product molding technology

1, silicone products molding, after a large pressure, due to the elastomer is available within the force can not be eliminated, in the molding away from the mold, often produce very unstable shrinkage (silica gel shrinkage rate, due to different kinds of glue and there are differences), must be after a period of time, in order to slow and stable. Therefore, when a silicone product is designed at the beginning, regardless of the formula or mold, it is necessary to carefully calculate the coordination. If not, it is easy to produce unstable product size and low product quality. 2. Silicone is a hot-soluble thermosetting elastomer, while plastic is hot-soluble and cold-cured. Silica gel due to the different types of sulfide main body, its molding curing temperature range, there are also phases.

Post-treatment of vulcanization of rubber products

Rubber products often require some post-processing after vulcanization to become qualified finished products. This includes: ① trimming of rubber mold products to make the surface of the products smooth and clean and the external dimensions meet the requirements; ② through some special process processing, such as surface treatment of the products, to improve the performance of special purpose products; ③ products containing fabric frames such as adhesive tapes, tires and other products should be cooled under inflation pressure after hot stretching and vulcanization, to ensure product size, shape stability and good performance. Trimming of 1. mold products after vulcanization of rubber mold products during vulcanization
